Bradley Commons is a 500,000 square foot regional power center anchored by a Walmart Supercenter and Kohl’s department store in the Chicago suburb of Bradley, Illinois. DeBartolo Development owns seven vacant out-lots fronting Route 50 and approximately 98 acres of commercially and residentially zoned land adjacent to and behind the center. Built between 2008 and 2009, Bradley Commons is located on the southeast corner of Route 50 and St. George Road just off I-57 in the Bradley/Bourbonnais/Kankakee submarket, 55 miles from downtown Chicago.
