Originally built in 1996, Duluth Station is a 95,000 square foot shopping center situated on a 14-acre site within the newly created Buford Highway Tax Allocation District in Duluth, Georgia. Duluth is a popular and rapidly developing suburb of Atlanta, close to Interstate 85, and is one of the wealthiest zip codes in Georgia. Duluth Station is anchored by Publix Supermarket. Other national and regional tenants include Subway, H&R Block, Great Clips, Kauffman Tires, Kumon Math and Reading Center and State Farm. CRP II plans to conduct improvements and renovations to the center in 2011.
