Approximately two and half years ago, the global economy began showing signs of a potential recession. Foreseeing symptoms of this downturn, DeBartolo Development continued practicing conservative investment strategies and repositioning our portfolio by opportunistically acquiring undervalued real estate investments. We have solidified strong relationships with institutions, lenders and brokers, allowing us the autonomy to acquire such investments across the country.

Our investment programs include the Community Reinvestment Partners II, LP (CRP II), a retail fund that acquires, develops, redevelops and repositions real estate assets on properties serving low‐to‐moderate income communities or designated community redevelopment areas in the Southern U.S., and other funds committed to providing returns to our investors.
