Ka Makana Ali'i (KMA) is a 1.5 million square foot urban mixed-use regional center in East Kapolei, Hawaii. Located ½ mile south of the University of Hawaii's new West Oahu campus and in close proximity to the J.W. Marriott 5-star Ko Olina Resort, Ko Olina Beach Club and Walt Disney's Hawaiian-themed family resort, KMA will be the third largest regional shopping center in Hawaii.

Expected to become the community hub of East Kapolei, Ka Makana Ali'i Center will include a major department store, family entertainment complex, retail stores, restaurants, two hotels catering to Kama'āina, low-rise office buildings, a pedestrian plaza surrounded by outdoor cafes and underground parking. The Neighborhood Convenience will encompass grocery, pharmacy, a pet store, banking and financial services, shops, restaurants and a state of the art fitness center.

Construction will be executed in phases between 2011-2015, generating an estimated 21,000 construction jobs as well as over 7,000 new quality direct and indirect jobs in the businesses that move into the center.

Hawaii DeBartolo has selected Nordic PCL as the general contractor for Phase I.
