Lauderdale Manor is located at the intersection of NW 9th Avenue and NW 19thStreet, approximately three miles north of downtown Fort Lauderdale. The more than 78,000 square foot center will be anchored by dd’s Discounts, a chain clothing and furniture store owned by Ross Stores, upon completion of tenant construction. Other national and regional tenants include Family Dollar, Metro PCS and Florida Department of Motor Vehicles. CRP II plans to conduct major improvements and renovations to the center during in 2011.
