Alternate U.S. 19 and Meres Boulevard
Tarpon Springs, FL

Meres Town Center is the City of Tarpon Springs’ first mixed-use development. Located at the southeast corner of Alternate U.S. 19 and Meres Boulevard, the development will include retail, medical office and residential components. Anchored by a 37,500 square foot Sweetbay Supermarket that opened in 2009, the shopping center will have more than 95,000 square feet of retail space. Construction will take place in multiple phases, with 33,200 square feet of retail and 7,200 square feet of office space available as part of Phase 1. Additional phases will include multifamily and medical office space.  Meres Town Center will serve as a gateway into the southern section of the City’s downtown, with a planned one-mile stretch of new road extending Meres Boulevard East to U.S. 19.  The popular Pinellas Trail borders the east side of the property and Helen Ellis Memorial Hospital to the south.
