The Center is located directly on East Hillsborough Avenue in Tampa, Fla., in one of Hillsborough County’s most densely populated residential and commercial markets. Anchored by Save Rite, Tampa Festival Centre is on the main commercial corridor of the East Tampa Community Redevelopment Area, the City of Tampa’s most successful Redevelopment Area and Tax Incremental Financing District. The shopping center is dominated by national and regional tenants including Burger King, H&R Block, Radio Shack, Family Dollar and Citi Trends. CRPII acquired Tampa Festival Centre in 2009 and is planning major renovations.
