Abaco Key is a 373-unit community located in Lake Buena Vista, one of Orlando’s most desirable locations. The Lake Buena Vista submarket contains Florida’s largest employer – Walt Disney World. The property backs up to Disney’s facilities and includes a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom residences. DeBartolo Development has already begun redevelopment of the project, and units will include new carpet, paint, appliances and fixtures, and the clubhouse and fitness center will add upgraded fixtures, exercise equipment and a media center.
