Ka Makana Ali`i (KMA) is a 1.5 million square foot urban mixed-use regional center in East Kapolei, Hawaii. Located ½ mile south of the University of Hawaii’s new West Oahu campus and in close proximity of the to Ko Olina Resort, 5-star J.W. Marriott, Ko Olina Beach Club and Walt Disney Hawaiian-themed family resort, KMA is expected to become the community hub of East Kapolei.

It will be the third largest regional shopping center in Hawaii. The Village Town center will include a department store, men’s, women’s & children’s fashions, home accessories, books, entertainment restaurants and more. The Neighborhood Convenience will include grocery, pharmacy, a pet store, banking & financial services, shops, restaurants, and a state of the art fitness center. KMA will include new retail offerings not currently in the Hawaii marketplace. One crucial factor in building a complex of this scope is the community benefit. Construction will generate some 20,000 jobs over four years, and the mall at full buildout will create between 3,000 and 5,000 permanent full-time jobs for residents.
