Prairie Stone Crossing is a 61,000 square foot mixed-use community retail center situated on seven acres in the Chicago suburb of Hoffman Estates. Located at the intersection of New Sutton Road and Hoffman Boulevard off Interstate 90, the center is comprised of a 42,000 square foot Sports Authority, a 12,000 square foot multi-tenant retail building and a 6,000 square foot retail/restaurant building. Only 28 miles northwest of Downtown Chicago and 20 miles from O’Hare Airport, Prairie Stone Crossing is in Hoffman Estates’ emerging entertainment district, adjacent to the Prairie Stone Business Park, the Poplar Creek Crossing shopping center and Sears’ corporate headquarters. Prairie Stone Business Park is a 780-acre master-planned business park that includes an 11,000-seat entertainment facility, the Sears Centre Arena. Other recent additions include buildings for American InterContinental University, Serta, WT Engineering and Mary Kay. The 285,000 square foot Cabela’s Outdoor Outfitters, which draws over 1-million visitors a year, is located near the site. The property is currently 80 percent leased.
