The Tinley Park development site consists of 3.5 acres of vacant land anchored by the Tinley Park Convention Center and Holiday Inn with immediate access to both Harlem Avenue and 183rd Street. Only 21 miles southwest of the Chicago Loop and 13 miles from Midway Airport, the Class A, fully-entitled site has five building pads, three of which are in a grassy area south of 183rd Street and east of Convention Center Drive and the remaining two pads are opposite the Convention Center, which hosts approximately 2,500 events and 780,000 people annually. The Village of Tinley Park boasts a strong local economy with a diverse mix of retail, office, hospitality and entertainment businesses.
